Bio: Bio: Ian has a wealth of knowledge obtained through over 25 years of experience of working in the asbestos the industry. Ian has worked as a laboratory manager, contracts manager and an asbestos surveyor and for the past 13 years Managing Director of LAS. He is P402, P405, P406, P407, Certified Asbestos Trainer to all levels, and NVQ Level 4 TSH qualified.
Ian has successfully retained an HSE licence 9 times, each time being fully assessed on his knowledge and capability in the asbestos industry.
Responsibilities: Ian is LAS’s founder and Managing Director. Ian is responsible for maintaining the company’s esteemed reputation and overseeing all aspects of the business.
Personal Interests/Hobbies: Ian is a lifelong Bolton Wanderers fan and in his spare time is an avid cyclist and CAA approved drone pilot.

Bio: Bio: Dai is a qualified P402 Surveyor, Certified Asbestos Trainer to all levels, and has attained CMIOSH status having successfully completing his Level 6 NVQ in Health and Safety Qualification and successfully passing his Chartered assessment and interview in 2020. Dai has a wealth knowledge and experience in the asbestos industry and has worked at LAS since 2011.
Dai has successfully retained an HSE licence 5 times, each time being fully assessed on his knowledge and capability in the asbestos industry.
Responsibilities: Dai is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations and is the main point of contact for technical and operational areas.
Personal Interests/Hobbies: Dai loves spending time with his family, travelling and anything to do with sport, particularly watching St Helens RLFC as a season ticket holder.
